    • Predictive value of toe-to-room temperature gradient for 28 d mortality in sepsis patients: a single center prospective observational clinical study

    • “A study conducted by the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University shows that a TRTG ≤ 5.35 ℃ within 6 hours of admission is a risk factor for death within 28 days in sepsis patients, but the improvement of temperature gradient is not related to the amount of fluid intake in patients.”
