Analysis of factors influencing global longitudinal strain based on cardiac magnetic resonance after acute myocardial infarction
“A study by the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army revealed that STEMI patients with elevated troponin T peak, prolonged QRS duration, and culprit vessel as the anterior descending branch have more severe overall longitudinal strain damage to the heart, more severe myocardial infarction, and poorer left ventricular function.”
