    • Correlation between sleep duration and chest pain in Chinese population: results from CHARLS 2018

    • According to the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study, there is a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and the risk of chest pain. Experts suggest maintaining 6-8 hours of sleep to reduce the risk of chest pain.
