Impact of longitudinal trajectories of a healthy lifestyle score on the risk of gastrointestinal cancer incidence in 51 737 healthy individuals: a prospective cohort study
“The latest research has found that a healthy lifestyle can significantly reduce the risk of gastrointestinal cancer. The study included 51737 participants and followed up for 10.5 years. It was found that compared to the low stable group, the high stable group had a 25% lower risk of gastrointestinal cancer.”
