    • Medium- and long-term efficacy of thoracic paravertebral nerve block for different subtypes of zoster-associated pain: a propensity score-matched study

    • A study conducted by the Pain Department of Hainan Hospital of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army found that ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral nerve block therapy is more effective in treating herpes zoster related pain, especially for the irritability type. It can effectively improve pain, anxiety, and sleep quality, and promote nerve damage repair.
