Study on the mechanism of long non-coding RNA AI662270 regulating insulin resistance in adipocytes in aging mice

“The latest research has found that the expression of lncRNA AI662270 in adipocytes of aging mice is increased, which is negatively correlated with insulin sensitivity. Knocking down AI662270 can improve insulin sensitivity, and its mechanism may involve the AI662270/miR-3073b-3p/HMox1 pathway.”
